冲压工艺基础知识概述
冲压加工是在常温下,利用冲压设备(压力机)和模具使各种不同规格的板料或坯料在压力机的作用下发生永久变形或分离,以得到所需要的各种形状零件的过程。
冲压加工的特点:
- 冲压加工技术应用范围十分广泛,在各工业部门几乎都有冲压加工或冲压产品的生产;
- 生产效率高,操作简单,容易实现机械化和自动化特别适合于大批量生产;
- 冲压零件表面粗糙度好,尺寸精度稳定,互换性好;
- 可以得到其他加工方法难以加工或无法加工的复杂形状的零件;
- 对于冲压知识,我们需要掌握的是冲压工艺、冲压设备、冲压模具的设计、安装和拆卸等等知识。
